Stroke program certified by Joint Commission

Parma Community General Hospital’s stroke program has earned the Gold Seal of Approval™ from the Joint Commission for Primary Stroke Centers. Parma Hospital earned this distinction after the Joint Commission conducted an unannounced on-site review in April.

Parma Community General Hospital formed the Parma Hospital Health Care Foundation in 1987 as a way to give something back to the communties it serves. The Foundation's mission is to provide funding for community health initiatives and Parma Hospital projects and programs.
