New Human Resources Leader joins Parma Hospital Executive Team

Ralph Knull, an employment law attorney and human resources professional with 20 years of experience in health care and other industries, has joined Parma Community General Hospital as the new Vice President of Human Resources. In addition to his responsibilities in HR, he has oversight of Education, Pastoral Care, Employers’ HealthSource and the Vivo wellness initiative.

Knull comes to Parma Hospital from the Visiting Nurse Association of Ohio, where he served as Director of Legal Affairs for one of the state’s largest not-for-profit, community-based home health care agencies.

A magna cum laude graduate of Baldwin-Wallace College, Knull also earned an MBA from Cleveland State University and a law degree from the Ohio State University College of Law. His strengths include specialized knowledge of employment law, recruitment, compensation, benefits, worker’s compensation, policy development and employee/labor relations.
 
Knull is a resident of North Royalton, where he lives with his wife and three children.
