At Parma Hospital, we know that the birth of your baby is one of the most exciting times in your life. We want to do whatever is necessary to make sure your birth experience is an amazing one! The care we provide at Small Wonders Birthing Center is personalized and focuses on informed choices, family support, quality care and education.

The WORLD of Small Wonders

Our unit features private, comfortable birthing suites in a secured modern unit. Each suite is equipped with today’s most advanced medical equipment to meet your every need while providing you and your family with a homelike environment. We also offer wireless internet access and tv/dvd players in each room for your convenience. 

All physicians and nurses are certified in Neonatal Resuscitation. Should an infant or mother experience complications, the staff has access to certified neonatal nurse practitioners from University Hospitals Rainbow Babies & Children's Hospital Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit – currently ranked #4 in the nation by U.S. News and World Report.

After delivery, private, beautifully decorated postpartum rooms are the perfect setting for families and new babies to get acquainted. Babies are encouraged to stay in the room with their mothers to bond, but a level one nursery is available when mothers need to rest. Visiting hours are flexible to accommodate family schedules as well!
