Injury Care and Claims Management Services:

Employer Focused Transitional Work Program and Continuum of Care –Employers’ HealthSource has a unique partnership with Parma Hospital’s Emergency Department (ED). Injured workers who seek treatment in our ED will be referred to Employers’ HealthSource by the next business day. This partnership allows for continuity of injury care with prompt and efficient claims management.

Communication is Key – Throughout the process, we provide the employer with prompt notification of injury status, work restrictions, and will closely follow your transitional duty policy in returning your employee to work. Our staff will complete the necessary paperwork to maintain communication with your company and your MCO (Managed Care Organization) or TPA (Third-Party Administrator).

Onsite Therapy for Safe Return to Work – Parma Hospital’s comprehensive rehabilitation program is designed to safely return your injured worker to full-duty status. Our licensed staff of physical therapists, occupational therapists and athletic trainers provide acute and chronic care. In addition, Employers' HealthSource will partner with your onsite transitional workplace therapist to meet your employer-specific needs.
