Parma Hospital 5K Run & 1-Mile Walk for Wellness

The race features a unique course that includes part of Parma's Ridgewood Municipal Golf Course, prizes by age division, refreshments and fun!
The race is also a stop on the Lake Erie Monsters Splash Tour complete with free face painting, hair spray painting, tattoos and Monsters Plinko with fun prizes for kids, and of course a visit from the Monster’s mascot Scully and Monster’s hockey players!
Register by mail by Wednesday, September 19, or online by Friday, September 21 at 9 a.m. at Hermes Cleveland.
The race begins at Parma Hospital's MAC 4 Center (6115 Powers Blvd., Parma). Cost to register is $20 (Pre-reg) and $25 (Day of race). Register early to receive a tech style t-shirt!
