Inpatient Admissions
If your physician has ordered an overnight admission with us, please report to the ground floor admission office. There, we will register you, verify insurance benefits, update information and have you sign consent forms. Make sure you bring your insurance cards and picture ID for us to scan. An identification bracelet will be placed on your wrist at this time. We will then phone the nursing floor and you will be wheeled to your room by the nursing staff. After hours services are provided through the Emergency Department Registration on the First Floor.

Surgery Scheduling
All patients scheduled for surgery will be called prior to their surgery date to pre-register for their procedure. At this time insurance and other information will be obtained. If a co-payment is due, you will be asked to pay by credit card or make a payment the day of surgery. Should you have any questions regarding your pre-registration, please call (440) 743-4087.
Pre-admission Testing
If your doctor has ordered Pre-admission Testing (PAT), the PAT staff will call you with your date and time of the appointment. At this time you may be required to give a short medical history. For questions regarding Pre-Admission Testing, please call (440) 743-4024.
Outpatient Registration
Monday – Friday: 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.
Saturday: 6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Closed on Sundays.
Patients are asked to register 20 minutes before their scheduled appointment. At this time the registrar will verify insurance benefits and update your demographic information. It is very important that you bring a picture ID and current insurance cards, along with your physician order. This information is then scanned into your record. All co-payments are due at the time of service.
