Parma Community General Hospital prides itself on providing a friendly, healing environment for our patients and visitors. We know that the presence of family and friends aids in recovery, so our visiting hours are generally flexible to give patients the maximum benefit of time with loved ones.
We also want to extend access to patients who may need assistance in reaching the hospital. We offer free parking to all patients and visitors, and a Home Run Van service to help those without others means of transportation reach us for scheduled appointments within the Hospital. Volunteers are available at the information desk in the Main Lobby to direct you once you reach the Hospital, and a courtesy phone is right next to the desk to call a patient's room in advance of your arrival.
If you have any questions or concerns about your care or our services, talk with a member of your health care team. A patient advocate is also available as an impartial party for patients and families with any issues. You can reach them by calling (440) 743-4375.
