ElderCenter (Adult Day Care) - Parma Hospital's two ElderCenters, one located in Parma and the other one in Brecksville. Both are personal, warm, stimulating and enriching for the participants, caregivers and families. Care is provided for frail adults with mild Alzheimer's disease, with physical impairments and for those who are socially isolated. Activities include arts and crafts, sing-a-longs, visiting, entertainment, board games, exercise, and inter-generational activities. These wheelchair accessible facilities also have beautician, podiatry and shower services available.

Keeping caregivers in mind, support groups meet routinely for them as well. Reasonable rates, per day or hourly, are available with discounts for full week enrollment. Reimbursement options through Passport and the Cuyahoga County Board of Mental Retardation are also available.
