The Intensive Care Units Philosophy
The patients always come first in the Intensive Care Unit. While in this unit, patients receive integrated and coordinated care from highly skilled nursing and professional staff. The Critical Care RN is a leader in facilitating this interdisciplinary approach.
The ICU has an open-door policy for all staff, patients and families. The ICU seeks to hire customer-focused team players with the critical thinking skills necessary to work in a fast-paced environment. Staff is willing to train those that have a passion for critical care nursing.
Description of the Program
The ICU is a 14-bed unit, comprised of all private rooms, which are equipped to care for acutely ill adolescent and adult patients.
Patient Population
